Orders and order tracking

You can track your orders from your Sahara Marketplace account.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open your account dashboard.
3. Select Orders.
4. Choose the order you want to track.

Your order status will show whether the order is pending, processing, shipped or delivered.

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact Sahara support as soon as possible to request assistance with your delivery details.

Your account keeps a history of your previous orders so you can easily review purchases and delivery information.
